Questions
What is a credit?
Credits are how plans count usage. Processing one photo with Enhance or Upscale 4× uses 1 credit. Upscale 8× uses 2 credits per photo, because it rebuilds 64 times the pixels.
Which models cost more?
Only Upscale 8×, at 2 credits per photo. Enhance and Upscale 4× cost 1 credit. The uploader shows the total before you start.
Does running two models on one photo cost twice?
Yes. Each run is a separate result, so Enhance followed by Upscale 4× uses 2 credits.
What if processing fails?
If a photo fails on our side, the credits for it are returned automatically.
When do my credits reset?
On the free plan your 3 credits reset every day. On Pro and Pro+ your monthly credits reset each month on your billing date, also on yearly plans. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period. The one exception: when you upgrade from Pro to Pro+ and a new billing period starts, your unused Pro credits are added once.
What does the free plan include?
3 credits a day, uploads up to 3 MB and 8 MP, and every model including Upscale 8×. No sign-up and no card are needed. Free results carry a watermark, and you process one photo at a time.
What do Pro and Pro+ add?
More credits (200 or 500 a month), no watermark, uploads up to 20 MB and 30 MP, batches of up to 50 images and commercial use of your results.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. An upgrade from Pro to Pro+ applies straight away and you pay the prorated difference. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. You can resume the plan before that date.
Is the yearly plan cheaper?
Yes. A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months of the monthly plan: $99.90 for Pro and $199.90 for Pro+.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency where it is available, otherwise in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Can I use the results commercially?
Yes, Pro and Pro+ include commercial use of the images you process. You need the rights to the photos you upload.
